Positive: Location was amazing, Vrboska is a beautiful small town. It wasn't too crowded and within 10-30min you could visit any of the more known and beautiful towns like Stari Grad, Milna, Jelsa or Hvar.
Negative: The elevator didn't work, forcing us to carry everything by hand. Electricity also went out for an hour one day and the internet is pretty unstable and slow. Wasn't usable for remote work or even simple browsing would be very slow (if it stayed connected long enough)

Positive: Beautiful location, perfect getaway from busy urban life, proximity to beautiful towns such as Jelsa and Vrboska with cosy restaurants, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful , special shoutout to Žana for her professionalism and attention to guests.
Negative: Food and coffee is decent but not as good as one might expect from a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness and food could definitely be area to improvement . Limited choice of food at the hotel : only buffet and no restaurant.
Summary: Fantastic location , beautiful nearby towns, great staff , with sadly limited food options and cleanliness to be improve

Negative: If you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you. The hotel is actually a family hotel and is full of children. When I say full I mean full of children screaming, crying, on the beach, during breakfast, during lunch, during dinner, after dinner and in the rooms. The rooms have poor insulation and if you are in a room that has a connection to another room with a door leading to another room, you will not get much sleep. Also, not all superior rooms have a sea view if that is important to you. The food is ok. You can find something you like, there is a large selection, but it is buffet style and not hygienic. Children eat with their hands, cough and sneeze on the food, the dishes are old and not washed properly. The coffee is bad. The rooms are relatively clean, except that we found someone else's panties under the bed so we assume that the carpet is definitely not vacuumed every time the guests change. The bed linen is old, the towels are old. The television is also a problem because although it has satellite, it doesn't have all the Croatian programs. If television is important to you, you might not be satisfied. The hotel is visibly understaffed, and it seems to us that the workers are really underpaid and overworked. And keep in mind, since a lot of people wrote in the comments that this is a 4 star hotel, and the service does not match that, in Croatia one star is awarded just for having a pool. so considering the service this hotel is really a 3 star hotel. Look, we are from Croatia, from Dalmatia, we know how Croatian tourism works. We got what we asked for, we wanted to spend a week in a hotel by the sea for a not too high price (although it is still terribly expensive for what it offers) and we didn't care about anything else, or we accepted everything bad. But I guess people for whom this is their only vacation certainly won't like it.
