Positive: The hotel has an excellent location, very close to The Boulevard and everything you need. Staff are friendly and always available. Breakfast was good, and special thanks to Chef Yasser for accommodating all requests. Overall, it was a good stay but it could have been better with some improvements.

Negative: The rooms need renovation and unfortunately housekeeping requires improvement, as the room was not always perfectly clean. Considering the price I expected better service.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a sense of calm that made it easy to relax. One of my favorite parts was the stunning city view; waking up to Amman’s skyline was a highlight of my trip. Breakfast was another standout. The variety, freshness, and flavor made every morning something to look forward to. Everything tasted delicious and was presented with great care. Overall, Rotana Amman combines comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. I’d happily stay again.

Positive: The location is amazing, the view is beautiful.

Negative: Towels were very very old, hard, torn. Room was very dusty even after cleaning you can see dust flying in the air. I requested before check-in to have birthday cake for my husband but didn’t receive it thou it was confirmed. In room dining 4x times the price of fancy restaurants outside. Laundry is very very expensive. I was confirmed by booking to get free-room upgrade but in the hotel they told me to pay additional for room upgrade so I refused. There was no complementary snacks in the room like fruit or cake something that almost all hotels provide.

Summary: Not bad, but next time will look for different hotel most probably.
