Summary: I was welcomed by a great professional lady named Ward who I believe being a regukar traveller she woll have a great future in this industry. She was amazing and made sure to answer all my questions. Insisted to escort me to the room and check it out by heself and ask if i feel comfortable in my room. This is a first and very happy during my stay.
