On the ground floor, a living room and a brand new kitchen corner, with a large double sofa bed, TV, dishwasher, fridge, oven and gas. And complete kitchenware. On the first floor, bedroom and bathroom, with washing machine. Around the building, small green area with Provencal vegetable garden. Just below, a large private garden with sea view, arbor of wisteria and jasmine, equipped for outdoor dining. Gas central heating, up to 5 beds. Outside, private parking.

Summary: We had a great time in Bonassola. From the garden you could see the sea und walk there in about half an hour. The house is good for warm climate, because it is made of stones.

Summary: Had a great time at Casa del Rosmarino. Quaint but had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. A walk down the mountain (20-30min) gets you to a wonderful beach in Bonasola. Hosts were very kind and helpful. We'll be back.

Summary: The surroundings are breathtaking however the apartment is quite neglected with stained lamp shade, window/door screens that are loose and do not secure window or door frame making them useless to bug entry. 3 adults read coffee maker instructions and pot did not work. Bathroom and bedroom doors are glass and see through with doors that locks do not work. Achille was easy to reach and responsive.

Summary: Bonassola is easy by train to go to 5 Terra. We love hiking so the trip up and down to and from the property was a great start and end of the day. Highly recommend this place! Owners are super responsive and friendly as well!

Summary: My husband and I had a lovely time at Achille's place. It is set beautifully above Bonassola. The ocean, the train station (to go to the cinque terre) and the village of Bonassola can be reached by foot in about 20- 25 minutes. Being able to walk to and from dinner is a great advantage of this place. And we were glad to actually not need the car at all. The house is clean and simple and has everything you need. Check-in was uncomplicated and Achille and his wife are very friendly and helpful hosts. We hope to come back!

Summary: Perfect base for a nice holiday in the Cinque Terre .. At first sight, Casa di Rosmarino looks a bit tight, but once inside, it looks nice and cozy in a positive sense. With our children aged 15 and 12 years old, we never had the feeling that there was not enough space. Everything you could possibly need is available, a nice neat and complete kitchen, a master bedroom upstairs with a very nice soft and spacious bed. A sofa bed for two people in the living room, and an extra folding bed if necessary. The bathroom is smart and functionally furnished, the wardrobe space is also plenty available. And not unimportant, the house is well maintained and the furniture is modern. In the shade rich garden you can always find a spot in the sun; so that everyone can relax in their own way. Garden furniture is provided, even an BBQ. And, the kids were happy with the available WIFI. The location of the house is beautiful, on top of a hill with 360 ° views, including the bay of Bonassola within walking distance. If you find this too far, a free regional bus with stops close to the house and beach is available. The owner knows what hospitality means, As guests we felt very welcome. He leaves you at peace, but likes to chat if you feel like it. He is very helpful with his local knowledge if you have any questions about the house, the area, or the sea. The Cinque Terre can be visited in different ways. Trains run from Bonassola to all the beautiful coastal villages, you can reach them by boat with a local tour operator or by car, take into account parking limitations! Hiking routes are also abundant, you’ll get to places and viewpoints that cannot be reached in any other way, distances and degrees of difficulty are abundant and are therefore available for all levels of experience. We had a very nice holiday and highly recommend Casa di Rosmarino. The hospitality was extraordinary good! family Jacobs.

Summary: Quiet Beautiful Place up on a hill looking down at Bonassola ( beware! the walk down to Town and back up is tiring) Everything was as described and the owners were very kind and generous i can fully recommend it.
