7 Bedroom Cottage in San Martin Sarroca, Sant Marti Sarroca

Masia private exclusively for your group surrounded exclusively by our vineyards, consists of an outdoor area with a pool with a children's area or Jacuzzi, porch with barbecue and large table and garden area. We have offers during the week, contact me.
Inside we find on the first floor a large kitchen-dining room with fireplace, a living room with flat screen TV and another fireplace, a play area, a small library and documentation of the area A full bathroom, a double room and a pantry where we find another fridge apart from the kitchen, washing machine, ironing board and high chairs for children, central heating throughout the house.
On the second floor there is a distributor that leads to 5 rooms all of them double, 3 of them double and two double. with the possibility of placing a crib or extra beds offered by us of large dimensions, wooden floors and warm high quality beds and Nordic covers and another full bathroom of 7 square meters.
On the third floor we have another full bathroom and an abhuardillada room for different uses.
The whole house is protected with mosquito nets and we have free wifi service and also free firewood for your barbecues. Welcome gift of our organic products according to teporada, orchard, oil and eggs of the day. Possibility of accommodating more people please consult we have extra beds for children and baby cot.

Summary: We had a wonderful Easter holiday with friends at Merche's place! The pictures are exactly like the house, the bedrooms were cozy and comfy, the kitchen and bbq area were just as in the pics and the pool was great too. The location is great, we could enjoy the peace and quiet vineyards. Merche was super responsive and everything worked beautifully. I would definitely definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back! Thanks Merche for everything!

Summary: Our family of five including three adult children ages 23-27 really enjoyed this home. It perfectly represented the Spanish countryside and wine region. The host communicated very responsively. Everything worked in the house. We had a wonderful wine tasting and wine pairing dinner at a winery about ten minutes away. The only two downfalls would be the distance to Barcelona was about 50 minutes, and as an American, I’m used to having a bed sheet under my body and one on top. Only a bed spread was provided on top, but I think that’s how many places do their beds in Europe. It just felt dirty even though it probably wasn’t.

Summary: This home is absolutely stunning! We stayed here with my three grown children, my in-laws, and my parents. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. The single bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who finds stairs to be difficult. It is far enough away from Barcelona to give you privacy and time out from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough if you want to venture in for the day. There is a nice grocery store 10 minutes away from the home and a beautiful town square that is open for tapas and drinks anytime you wish. Some of the best vineyards in the country are just down the street. The home has everything you need. We used the pool every single day. The grounds are well kept and managed daily. Repsonse from the owner was very prompt and they made sure all of our needs or questions were taken care of immediately! Highly recommend for larger groups and families. Not one complaint! Highly recommend!

Summary: Our stay at this beautiful property was a joy from start to finish! Merche was very easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and a delightful hostess. She was very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately. The home is spotless, just as the photos describe, and a wonderful retreat in the middle of gentl rolling hills and vineyards in the countryside near Barcelona. The finest cellars are nearby and easy to visit, and we loved taking several walks through the vineyard paths in the area. The home has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen and table, all very clean and well-stocked, and the inside of the home is also beautifully designed for groups to gather and yet have their own bedroom spaces. The bathrooms are nicely updated, and the home is well-equipped. The few days we spent there was like a rural paradise to our group and we all felt it was a special part of our trip to Spain.

Summary: We came here for a small family gathering. The villa is located at an amazing location, not far from Barcelona and supermarkets. The area is beautiful with lots of vineyards. We have visited two brilliant wineries nearby. The pool at the house is amazing with a jacuzzi. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The only issue was that there was only one tiny hairdryer. It’s not enough for this many guests especially if there are a lot of ladies. The bedrooms are lovely. The outside bbq area is great for outside dining. The hosts are great, very helpful and flexible. It’s a great place if you are coming with kids. Maybe aircon could be installed because the bedrooms get quiet hot. The place was clean. 100% recommended.

Summary: We were 14 people staying at Calsalvet and it was perfect. God location just 1 hour from Barcelona and Tarragona. The property was located right in the winedistrict near Vila Franca. It was nice and clean when we arrived and they were very helpful. The pool was great and deep enough even for grown ups. It was a nice and big outside kitchen whit a grill so we could eat outside both in the morning and in the evening. I can recommend this to other that want a nice and relaxed getaway! Summary: We (9 adults and 3 children) stayed at Cal Salvet for a week and the place could not have been any better. Merche has been great from the beginning a few month earlier, at the check-in and until we left. The host family is very warm and friendly. She even accepted to print some tickets that I needed to visit La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. The house is well appointed and spacious. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it stays cool during the day and bug screens on all windows make it easy to leave windows open at night, especially since there is no noise. The swimming pool and the barbecue area were winners (we did not eat a single time inside). For runners, there are plentiful trails along patches of vineyards going in all directions and ready to be explored: some on rolling hills, some climbing. Early morning was the best for it when temperature was still low and the area was still covered with fog. We will keep sweet memories of Cal Salvet and Merche and her family. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Summary: We were there as 5 adults and 3 children aged 4y, 18m and 10 m. We found the house to be of a fantastic standard, with plenty of space. There was a large living room and dining area although we spent every evening in the covered BBQ area having food and local wine after the kids were asleep! The outdoor area is great, space for eating and a decent sized grassy area for kids to run around in. The raised flower bed sectioned it off nicely from the pool. The house is large and well maintained, there were actually eight double sizes rooms spread over three floors with three great bathrooms. lovely walk in power showers. A car is a must here as you are fairly rural, but there are two towns about ten minutes away. We all really enjoyed our stay and found the owners could not be more welcoming or helpful. A definite recommendation.
