Summary: Great first time stay at the Amway Grand. Hotel was beautiful, staff very helpful and hotel was clean. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants.

Summary: It was quite the experience, from super- sweet valet guys to the room itself. My one complaint was the bathroom floors were kind of gross (marked up, sticky). I’m glad we had the opportunity to stay there, but for the price ..

Summary: The hotel was very nice. Victorian like. The only issue was the hairs in the tub and how easily you can hear your neighbors. Other than that it was a great time.

Summary: Would’ve been 5 stars if we didn’t have to wait 5 hours for our room AFTER check in time. Check in was at 4:00. They said they had no rooms even tho we booked 6 months in advance. Had us pay $350 for our room but wasn’t able to actually get the key until 9:30 at night. Worst customer service experience ever. But the hotel itself was very nice & super clean. Not sure if I would ever go back after that though unfortunately.
