Positive: The check-in went extremely well and had the room we reserved. The hotel is beautiful. The room was well appointed, and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
Negative: When we had an issue with a water leak causing the ceiling over the bath tub to collapse during the middle of the night, they didn't offer much in the form or compensation for the inconvenience and sleep interruption. Only offered a smaller room on a different floor, and no discount or compensation of any sort.
Summary: Beautiful classic, stately downtown hotel in the middle of everything!

Positive: Room was very clean and comfortable. Views were amazing, part of what we paid for. Very quiet. Shower was amazing with multiple shower heads.
Negative: Our only gripe was that when spending close to $500 a night, the tiny bottles of water were there for a price of $3 per bottle. Really? That is petty, when spending that much for the room we expect complimentary water.
