With four separate outdoor seating zones in the Cottage's large landscaped garden designed to follow the rising and setting of the sun you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and evening drinks outside, whilst listening to the soothing soundtrack of birdsong. However at times you will need to share...with red squirrel, pheasants, grouse, local deer, woodpeckers, bees and butterflies. Summary: Inverae Cottage is just gorgeous. Very comfortable and cosy. The view is spectacular even when it is pouring with rain and the garden is lovely. The track up to the house was good even in the wet. A couple more saucepans in the kitchen would be appreciated. Would certainly recommend it.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inverae Cottage. It is the perfect spot to get away from it all! Location is great, very private and not too far to drive for shops etc. The cottage was very welcoming and beautifully decorated and the garden is just stunning. Louise the housekeeper kept in touch by WhatsApp and she was very helpful. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Summary: We were always going to be arriving late, but hadn't planned for the incredibly wet weather of our first night. Made us appreciate finally closing the door on the darkness & weather all the more! Communications and advice were first class, striking the perfect balance of being there when needed yet not invasive of our peace & quiet. After the wet first night, we woke up every day to the beautiful views over Loch Fyne, with a variety of scenes, sometimes a low lying mist, other times brilliant sunshine. The cottage gardens are great, with different area catching the sun at different times during the day. We enjoyed a few genuinely lazy days sitting around reading & enjoying the quietness and watching the garden birds. On other days we made more use of the cottage's great position, embarking on sightseeing tours and walking. We'd definitely enjoy coming back and would hope to take in a bit more activity, like a little island hopping and perhaps even a boat trip to see whales/dolphins!! The access track is a little uneven as shown in the property's pictures, but we had no problem with our standard family hatchback car.

Summary: This was a great place to stay with gorgeous views and garden area. It was the best equipped kitchen we have come across when renting with everything we needed for cooking, eating indoors or out.

Summary: Communication was excellent with a good view in a wonderful part of Scotland. The fire stoves (yes 2) worked wonderfully for a romantic peaceful and warm getaway. The house is well furnished and the garden full of beautiful roses and plants.

Summary: Beautiful white washed cottage set up a lane quite secluded only a few people /cars passing. Had everything inside you needed beautiful furniture too perfect for a quiet 4 day stop easy key access to the property and the loch is only a minute walk down the lane. Would recommend

Summary: Our first stay at this cottage was back in 2017. Since then the cottage has undergone some improvements and the garden is fantastic. This is a really spacious one bed property that is well equipped. Fantastic views of the Loch from the garden.
