Summary: I had the whole house to myself for a very reasonable price. The host was responsive and the house was clean when we came. The only concern that I have was the AC. It was soooooo bad until the next day. It was not working even after somebody came to fix it. It was soooo hot and the people with me did not like it very much. Please fix that for future references. Thanks.

Summary: Found the townhouse clean and roomy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to enough to where we needed to go. Cons: It did smell of moth balls. Couldn’t find the washing machine so I called the host who informed me that the washing machine was locked up because it was broken. He did offer to take my clothes to the laundromat and wash and dry them and bring them back. I told him I would take care of it myself. The couches were very uncomfortable. Kitchen lacked necessary items like a can opener, measuring cups. The TV only had Netflix etc. Still, I would recommend this property as a place to stay if visiting Washington DC.
