A special mention must go to Surendran, Rathi, and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Anandam Stays, very close to Vaikom Temple. The property was impeccably maintained, with spacious, spotless rooms and clean bathrooms. The lounge and dining area were a great addition, and the breakfast provided was excellent. What truly made our stay special were the wonderful hosts—Mr Binu was incredibly helpful right from the time I booked the place, and Shri Ramachandra Panicker’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Positive: The place is beautifully done, very spacious and very clean. The best part was the people who 6 it. Binu Anand coordinated everything very well, including contact of taxis and places to see. There are helpers who promptly took care of what you need. But 5 Star goes to Mr Panicker, the 86-year-old father of Binu who made the stay lively and ensures we are taken care of. It was fun to talk to him. Overall, it is a gem of a place and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the place.
Negative: A little bit far from the main attractions. Otherwise, there are no other issues at all.

The 3BHK accommodation was not only plush but also thoughtfully arranged, showcasing a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Each room was tastefully decorated, reflecting the rich heritage of Kerala while incorporating the conveniences we desired. It was a delight to unwind in such a serene environment after a day of exploration. A standout aspect of our experience was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Shri Ramachandra Panicker, a retired IAF officer. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. To our surprise, he patiently waited for us until 11:30 PM to guide us to the homestay and personally welcome us. His kindness and dedication to his guests were evident from the start. Ramachandra ji also took it upon himself to facilitate our plans for temple darshan and my son's Annaprasham ceremony. He even entrusted a friend to assist us, which truly showcased his commitment to making our stay comfortable and fulfilling our cultural needs. One of the highlights of our trip was the Kerala Sadhya that he arranged for us. Even though unplanned but we had the pleasure of enjoying this authentic feast with him at his home on the ground floor. The flavors, the variety, and the warmth of sharing a traditional meal with our host made it an unforgettable culinary experience. Additionally, I must commend the flexibility of the hosts. They kindly extended our checkout time without any additional cost, a gesture that emphasized their dedication to guest satisfaction.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing to not like at Anandam. Overall, our experience at Anandam Stays was exceptional. The seamless blend of luxury, tradition, and hospitality made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this plush homestay to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and warmth of Kerala. Thank you, Anandam Stays, for an unforgettable stay!

Positive: We had a pleasant stay over there.. The host and his father was kind-hearted . They welcomed us and greeted us pleasantly. The rooms, bathrooms and living room were well maintained and the delicious food was served. Overall our family had a wonderful experience staying in Anandam Homestays at Vaikom. Positive: Super clean. Very friendly host and the staff. Always a call away. Even though the breakfast was extra, it was delicious. We had appam and veg Stew. Peaceful surroundings, but not far from Vaikom temple. I stayed with my family and parents. They loved it.
Negative: It was a bit complicated to operate the hot water in one of the bathrooms. My wife was unable to get water at the proper temperature.

Positive: Great host and support staff. Very quaint and picturesque location. The Swing at the property is a bonus and great attraction for kids. There is no time restrictions, we came late at 11pm and the host welcomed us with a smile.
