Negative: By the pictures I thought you could walk right down on the beach and that the stairs were on the property and that wasn’t the case. Also by the pictures I thought there was an outdoor fire pit on the property and that wasn’t the case either.

Positive: The view was absolutely amazing. Opening the windows to fall asleep to the ocean was so relaxing.

Negative: Had to send a report to get some safety issues fixed. Hopefully, that is done before there are any little kids that will stay there.

Negative: the bedroom blinds are to small for the windows. They are not wide enough and the light from the neighbors shine right in your eyes. I took a picture to share if able to.

Positive: I like that It was ocean view. Dog friendly and fair priced

Negative: Some of the handrails are dry rotted and corner of balcony. To where I wasn't comfortable with my 5 year old or my 80 year old mother to be on the balcony unsupervised.
