Summary: What a calm and beautiful place to relax and spend time with loved ones. The hot tub was perfect especially during sunset! We woke up early and had coffee in the deck watching the surfers. And if you turn the hot tub light off at night the stars are remarkable. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This property has a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins from the patio. The driveway and steps up to the home are pretty steep but we had no issues. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Lincoln City is a cool little town and I’m glad we chose this spot to stay for our weekend trip!

Summary: The view of the ocean is stunning . Property needs updating , esp for safety. The wooden stairs are rotting & some steps feel soft & unstable. The “ hot” faucet in 1 bedroom has a faded sign of it not working, so it’s been this way a long time. Was afraid to use the fireplace after reading the manual about “ letting trapped gas escape “, & just so much “ junk decor “ everywhere. Get rid of it & use space for storage . The floor is sloped & feels as if you’re on a cruise ship . Would not stay here again

Summary: This was the perfect rental property for two couples. The view from the hot tub is absolutely spectacular. We all had a blast cooking in the kitchen together and enjoying the beautiful view from the living room. We wanted to stay one more night and reached out to the property with our request. Unfortunately the house was already rented but they were so quick to get back to us with an answer. We are already making plans to return and do it again!
