Summary: Lovely friendly hosts and a really beautiful clean pool and spa with a nice poolside area. Very quiet rooms, positioned back from the road. Shower was good and strong.

Summary: The Motel itself and staff were excellent. The room was really clean and comfortable for the two of us. Pool and hot tub were great. The shower was fab! A little bit of noise in the mornings from the road but nothing much to worry about. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and pier. Side note- was nothing to do with the motel and they have complained about it but one of the nights there was a group of youths on the beach with their cars and loud music which went on till 4/5am. Apparently the council and police are not prepared to do anything about it. Not the motels fault and I have a lot of sympathy for the local businesses

Summary: I was traveling for work and wanted a safe and quiet place to stay. The Anchorage was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed my overnight stay, and I appreciated its convenient location from a variety of dining options within walking distance and right across from the beach. I will certainly stay again on next trip.
