Positive: Debbie and Andy were friendly and extremely accommodating. The morning breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and for the most part, even with a full house, it was adequately quiet. Debbie was also easy to reach when questions arose especially on the day of check-in.
Negative: The bathroom fan needs dusting and I would have liked to have a chair in the room.
Summary: I would definitely stay in one one of their properties again as they are great hosts.

Positive: Very nice BnB! Attractive room and shared areas. Very close to the centre of Gray. Handy coffee station. Wonderful breakfast! Charming hosts! Perfect place to stay near Portland. Recommended!

Positive: Very organized, easy contactless check in and check out. Very clean and well kept.
Negative: Not your “typical” bed and breakfast, I’d say more modern and private. The only time I saw the “inn keepers” was briefly at breakfast. Which is not a bad thing, just different. Also I stayed in the nook room that has the detached private bathroom. It’s ok, for short and solo short trip. I don’t know if it would ok if I was staying multiple nights.

Positive: Andy and Deby were very responsive to all our needs. We appreciate their kindness and welcoming attention. We felt right at home.
Negative: Room was clean and comfortable. We think the bed sheets could have been a better quality. The bottom bed sheets showed nubbies. Also the room lights seemed a bit harsh to the eyes. Perhaps a warmer color will improve the ambiance. When guests move about the house it can get loud and noisy. This bb is a great choice for anyone but a few and small changes can improve the comfort of guests greatly.

Positive: The french toast was to die for, the owners are delightful and had great recommendations. The rooms were clean and nice. They were very flexible, I would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The mattress was stiff, perfect for a back sleeper but a bit rough on my wife and I as we sleep on our sides.
