Cortijo El Olivar is a beautiful modern villa. Situated at the foot of the peaceful rural village of Pinos Del Valle it sits amongst its 3 acres of olive, fig and citrus fruit trees. The private terraces and beautifully furnished outdoor areas, all with wonderful panoramic views, combined with the large private heated swimming pool, compliment the stunning interior of El Olivar. We have considered your comfort with the heated pool, modern appliances and air conditioned bedrooms whilst trying to balance the impact on the environment from the property by having its own solar energy.
There are two double bedrooms with king size beds one is en suite, the third bedroom can sleep three people it has a double bed and also a single day bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning for your sleeping comfort. The property has two bathrooms a family bathroom with walk in shower and the en suite with a walk in shower and large freestanding bath. Both are modern with rainfall showers and have underfloor heating for the cooler months. The kitchen and dining area is open plan for large family gatherings with a large central marble island with breakfast bar and a separate dining table for six. There is also a comfy sofa making this a relaxing sociable space. This can convert to a double sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is six adults and one child. There is a further separate lounge area, great for chilling out on the comfy sofas in front of the wood burner fireplace. A 40’ TV , with English, French, Irish and German channels, means catching up on the news from home or entertaining the children is easy. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games available for you to enjoy.
The house is fully centrally heated with a pellet stove making this house beautifully warm for the cooler spring or autumn evenings. Come and enjoy an early spring getaway, swim in the pool overlooking the snow capped mountains.

25minutes from Granada and the beautiful Alhambra Palace, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Tropical and 60 minutes from the peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
