Anitia's Cottage is a 1 bdrm (with an additional sturdy blow up queen mattress if needed) 1 bath plus a fully accommodated kitchen right off China Spring Rd in Waco. We are located 15 minutes from Baylor, and the Magnolia Silos. We are 5 minutes from the Air port and Lake Waco.
There is a pet fee of $35/pet, one dog will be collected as part of your charges the system. Any additional dogs at check in. Limit of 2 dogs under 50 lbs. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage or yard, unless in kennel.

Summary: Yes, it is small but it is bigger than a hotel room and well equipped with covered parking. The property owner is friendly and great to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This was our second year of staying in this cute little cottage. We like the location and our host is so thoughtful. Access to everything the Waco area has to offer is within a few short miles. We really enjoyed our month long stay here.

Summary: My husband and I were looking for an affordable last minute change of pace, away from crowds. This was a very nice, comfortable home. Kitchen was clean and had all the necessary appliances. Bed was comfortable for both of us. We’re used to a queen size. Traffic noise was the only negative. It is right next to a highway. We wanted to spend time at the lake and it was an easy 15 minute drive. Lots of other things to do in Waco too. The owner was great! Answered texts quickly. I would recommend.

Summary: Just the right place to stay for our three weeks in Waco. Our host was great and gave us a list of sites to see and local restaurants to visit. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room.

Summary: My grandkids I was visiting just 4 minutes away called my rental “ my College” and loved having a sleepover with me. The cottage has everything you need, comfie furnishings and nice kitchen. We made a gingerbread house and baked Christmas cookies. Our hostess Nicole even found some crayons and colored pencils for the kids to use. Friendly and considerate. Treats and juice were left for us to enjoy. I will return!!😊

Summary: We came out to see the OU Vs. Baylor game. And to also check out Magnolia Silos. We were just far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle of everything to enjoy a nice quiet evening or morning coffee.
