Positive: We love Pivovar. Just a really cool hotel. So comfortable, clean, the absolute best location, and the rooms are so well appointed, not to mention their great restaurant next door.

Negative: Return the 2 free beers when you check in. I have told all my friends about Pivovar and then two free beers. It actually encourages us to go to the restaurant. I’ll pay $10-$15 more per night for this “gift.” We were disappointed that you were no longer doing it. It’s a cool perk. Re-think this decision please.

Summary: This is our new go-to Hotel in Waco. Former always Waco Hilton. Now always Pivovar!

Positive: The rooms were gorgeous! The furniture you could tell was handmade, and I was just in awe of the beauty of their craftsmanship.

Negative: The lobby was very small, but not sure there was much that could have been done.

Positive: Walking distance to Magnolia and downtown restaurants and shops. Dedicated parking for the facility. Views of the brewery through plate glass are cool.

Negative: They charge luxury resort prices but the facility is midrange. They use window AC units, the exterior portion of which are in the incessant 'drip zone' when it rains. There are trains that run by through the night so it's loud - location hazard. The restaurant opens at 11 on the weekend and no walkable coffee shops open on Sunday morning (There is a Keurig in the room.)

Positive: The location was amazing. Right next to Magnolia which was the point of our trip there. They even let us park there before we checked in. The room was spacious and enough room for my son to slide around, which was fun to him.

Negative: The building is very noisy. There is no sound proofing to prevent you from hearing every little noise. The train comes through in the middle of the night. We were also able to hear the entire conversation of the people in the room next to us at 11:30 pm when they came back in the room. And they stayed up for a long time talking and playing music. Also there is music coming into the bathroom from the restaurant down stairs. That was weird. I didn’t sleep well due to all the noise.

Summary: Great location but bring earplugs.

Positive: The property was super cute and well appointed. The location was fantastic if you plan to spend time downtown or at Magnolia Farms.

Negative: Our room’s ac was broken. The front desk moved us to a new room after acknowledging that that room “had been having issues.” We were grateful for the consideration! Beds are firm! There is a train that comes through several times a night.
