Summary: Parking was not included and neither was breakfast, the breakfast buffet was what other hotels call a complimentary continental breakfast. Parking was also 30 dollars a day for no real reason it wasnt in a fowtown area it should have been included for the price.

Summary: The concierge lounge staff was friendly. The breakfast there was delicious. The kitchen staff at the lobby bar were top notch. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: Very amazing staff. Their lunch/dinner selections during events are a fair price and is decent for the price. Everyone is kind and help you with anything you need. Very beautiful and relaxing spot for vacation!

Summary: Everything but my breakfast was excellent. My daughter and I were on a time crunch at checkout in the morning. We went down for breakfast 40 minutes before we needed to get our stuff out of the room. I ordered just a side of bacon for me and a creme Brule oatmeal for my daughter. It took 30 minutes to get my bacon and 40 minutes to get my daughter's oatmeal. Which, by the way, was just plain Oatmeal and not what we ordered. Before anyone says, maybe it was busy. I’ll tell you, there were only 4 or 5 tables and maybe 8 to 10 people in the place. They did offer to comp my order, but I still left 5 dollars on the table to cover the wrong oatmeal my daughter was forced to eat. I grew up in Ypsi and remember when this hotel was built and opened.
