Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.
This updated unit is beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. There is a large open lanai overlooking the expansive beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It will easily and comfortably sleep four with a king size bed and two twin beds. An added bonus, the property includes a Wii and Xbox with plenty of games for the kids. There are beach supplies, a well-stocked kitchen (including a Keurig brewer), and a full size washer and dryer.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Summary: Lovely condo but lighting is poor. Well equipped kichen and linens. Excellent response time to telephoned request for heat (unexpected low temperatures.) TV remotes require onsite assistance. Love location and ease in travel and shopping. We two senior sisters had a great time.

Summary: We had a great stay at AMIC. I have been staying at this complex since I was a little girl and this unit was the perfect place to introduce my children to it. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. Thank you! The only downside and this is more about the conpmex is the pool key fob situation. It is a bit dangerous not being able to leave the pool area without your key fob. Either the complex should install release buttons for the inside or guests should be given more than one key fob.

Summary: My 2 teenage daughters and wife enjoyed relaxing trip to beach. We’ve stayed in a different unit at AMIC each of the past 3 out of 4 years. Pool is great. Beach is usually low key and not packed. Room was well stocked. Probably time for mattress to be replaced and need to keep fans going in rooms for good airflow but A/C works great. Quiet end of complex.

Summary: Our Son, wife & child stayed in the unit. We were in another one. It seemed like a nice, comfy place. Only problem was toilet in master was not working. Called office right away and they sent someone next day to fix it who said it was fixed. Well it wasn’t so they could never use that toilet. No other problems I am aware of
