Summary: Wanting something very different from bustling, high rise beach towns, my family chose Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint! The apartment is very convenient to the Cortez Bridge and a few restaurants and a gas station. Walk out the front door and a 3 minute walk to the right gets you to a quiet beach perfect for sunny days and catching the gorgeous sunsets. A 5 minute walk to the left, takes you to the quiet Bayside, where you can watch the sunrise. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, and very cute. For a family of four, including 2 kids, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shared backyard pool and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. No steps made it ideal for hauling gear to the beach and easily accessing the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet. I appreciated the on-site, washer and dryer, laundry baskets for collecting and transporting laundry, and little touches such as night, lights, and many hooks for towels both in and outside the unit.Highly recommend!

Summary: This unit was in a prime location, within steps to the beautiful beach. Accomodations were comphy and good. We had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The owner was super friendly, communicative and always available if we needed anything. Our family will definitely be back!

Summary: This condo is perfect for a stay at Bradenton Beach. It is directly across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and has a pool located in the back of the property. Jill was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all of our needs. She kept an open line of communication should we have needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: The property was in a perfect location. We loved that end of the island and the few short steps to the beach! The cottage was adorable and so very comfortable for all of us to relax in the evenings and rainy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (bring your own groceries ), it was super clean and Jill was a fantastic owner/manager to communicate with. We will be back!

Summary: Jill was very communicative and helpful when needed. The property is in a great location for beach access (right across the street) and within walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars. Good amount of room for a family of four. You do share the pool area with a couple of other units and the pool isn't very big but we didn't swim much and the temporary "neighbors" we talked to were nice so these weren't a negative for us. Great time overall.
