Positive: ++ very friendly and helpful place manager Timothy + well equipped kitchen + location is not bad - 10 minutes from village centre in a quiet area uphill (steep stairs on the way to the beach and restaurants) + big terrace has potential, but we used it very little because of renovation being done on site (renovation topic was discussed with the owner, we feel compensated)
Negative: - apartament is very small, it's one room with a bathroom - kitchen table is foldable and therefore uncomfortable to sit by and a bit unstable - Barbados is one of more expensive islands on the Caribbean

Positive: Good location, less than 10 minutes walking distance to supermarket, bus-stop and beach. Close to restaurants and the fish-market. Quiet, very friendly neighborhood. The apartment is small, but the floor plan efficient. Perfect for one person. Clean and modernly equipped. The kitchen had what I needed. I liked the patio where I had breakfast, and could relax in the evenings. Wi-fi worked perfect all time. The A/C was very effective, however not easy to set a comfortable temperature. Good communication with owner and manager, very helpful. An apartment to return to.

Negative: Having to be welcome to a hot/hot property. Would have been nice A/C was on - on arrival . Also no toilette or kitchen cloths was available. Having to wait days for receipt until requested.
Summary: VERY difficult to access shops if having limb problems climbing hills.

Positive: Great location to see how real Bajans live. In a suburb with families, kids going to school etc. Everyone greeted us and it was nice, quiet and safe. Amazing view of Oistins at the end of the road. Property was small but clean and newly fitted out. Had everything you needed for self catering and had a lot of outside space to relax in.
Negative: The only downside was getting to and from Oistins on foot. The property is up a hill away from the coast and you needed to climb up a set of steps to get there. Quite hard work in the heat.

Positive: Everything you need whilst on holiday is available here. Ideal for a couple who want to have a quiet relaxing time away from hotel life. Friendly neighborhood, excellent communication between the owner Veronica, Timothy her manager and ourselves. So good we've booked back up for next year already.
Negative: No complaints from us just a suggestion maybe a mirror on the wall in the main room to help when getting dressed for a Bajan night out.

Positive: The room didn't come with a breakfast. But it was clean and had all the basic things for us to provide for ourselves. However, it was a bit smaller than we expected it to be.
Negative: It was a bit small. If you are not travelling alone and each person has luggage, the size of the apartment is not very suitable. Maybe, advertise this space for single people only.
