Black Pearl is an extremely well appointed and maintained villa situated within a gated community of eight properties.
The villa offers ideal accommodation for comfortable vacationing for up to eight people and is situated on Enterprise Coast Road. Itโs within easy walking distance to Freights Bay (5 mins) the famous surfing beach and then following the coast for a further 10 min walk will bring you to the stunning Miami Beach, here you can choose to rest in the shade, enjoy the sun and the surf or go and pay Mr Delicious a visit who is famous for his Fish Cakes and Rum Punch. A further 5 mins walk and you will be in the heart of Oistins where there is a supermarket, fresh fruit and veg stalls and the fish market which hosts itโs amazing Friday Fish Fry!
The accommodation has four air conditioned bedrooms all with ample storage space and three full size bathrooms with walk-in showers (one bathroom is located on the ground floor). The master bedroom has a super king size bed and full en-suite bathroom with a newly installed shower, the second bedroom also has a super king size bed which can be split into two single beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds and finally the fourth bedroom (ground floor) contains a double bed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, two great patios one of which is covered both looking onto the pool and enclosed garage with laundry area. This rare Pearl has it all!
The layout is also very well designed. The garage leads straight into the kitchen, living and dining area, which leads onto the patios overlooking the pool which has six comfortable sun loungers along with a round table with chairs and gas BBQ should guests wish to eat under the stars.
All rooms have ceiling fans but the Black Pearl is very special because it is situated to the Winward side of the complex offering prevalent cool breezes throughout.
