Positive: A simply incredible place to stay!! It had everything possible and was immaculately kept (apartment, gardens, pool area etc). Free local Italian beers and other drinks by the pool was a very nice touch. The apartment was fully equipped and clean, beds extremely comfy, expansive upper deck/BBQ area with amazing gardens and extraordinary views and a personal jacuzzi!! The host and owner Gladys was amazing, super friendly, with lots of good local restaurant tips and general information. I can’t recommend this place any more!

She’s set up an extraordinary venue and has made sure that every conceivable item ( including a BBQ and washing machine )and service you’d need on a vacation is available for each guest. The rooms are really comfy with loads of space to put your clothes away. The outdoor area by the pool is first class….the pool, sauna, hot tub, gym equipment, lounges etc….amazing. All of this with the best views of the majestic surrounding mountains and only a 5 minute walk to the lovely town of San Pantaleo.

Positive: Awesome property & surroundings with the mountains as a backdrop. Great pool area & beautifully landscaped gardens to relax within . Fully supplied bar to access while around pool area .This is a great touch. Rooms have every thing you need for a comfortable stay . We cooked a bit with the local produce . Short walk into town to nice restaurants We had a great stay there for a week using it as a base to explore the northern part of the island . Gladys was an excellent host !

Positive: Gladys and Maurizio have created a Napa Valley quality hotel in San Pantaleo. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Great location as it is walking distance to town and short drives to local beaches and the port of Palau to take boat rides. The apartments are well stocked with anything you might need. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a pool, sauna, hot tub, lap pool, gym, and self-service bar. Gladys and Maurizio are so welcoming and made our visit a joy. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: Lovely hosts! Gladys did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Really well kept holiday home, garden and pool area with lots of attention to detail! Everything was new and working, impeccably clean (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, grill, kitchen, rental bikes with helmet and safety vests!). The self service bar at the pool with lovely beverages for free was a nice touch. One could stay there quite long and never grow tired of the mountain view, the village full of good restaurants (eg Mizuna) and cafés (Café Nina). San Pantaleo is ideal to explore the Costa Smeralda and beyond. We‘ll come back!
