Positive: The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern, and a decent size for a family of 3 or 4. It was immaculate, and had all the appliances and extras (bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc) that you need for a week stay. Everything worked as expected. The complex itself, the gardens and the swimming pools were also immaculate and well kept. It was peaceful and neighbours were all respectful. The host Becky met us un arrival with keys and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Negative: Cant fault the apartment. Unfortunately Mar de Cristal is a bit scruffy with very few restaurants or shops. However La Manga club resort is only 10 mins drive away which has a better selection of bars and restaurants, and larger supermarkets are also 10 mins drive away.
Summary: We loved the apartment.

Positive: The property is very clean, modern and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay and found it very comfortable. There is plenty of parking outside and the rooms are bright and airy. The local lady was lovely, so helpful and gave us lots of local advice.
Negative: We didn’t cook meals in the apartment but did have breakfast. The kitchen counter is very small, when kettle, toaster and coffee machine are out there’s little room left to eat!
