This loft—an architect's residence— is a one-of-a-kind space in San Juan that was designed to maximize ocean views from any room. At Antillas Loft you will enjoy the Caribbean sunrise without leaving your bed and watch the splash of the ocean's waves while you sip your coffee in the living room.
The Loft has a master suite with a private bathroom, a TV and a queen size bed. There are two additional private bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxurious soft bedding, where you can relax and enjoy some quiet reading time.
The living area features couches and chairs, plus a 55" TV. Both televisions in the Loft have complimentary access to Netflix.
The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances to make your stay feel like home. Essentials like oil, salt and pepper, and coffee, are provided.
Antillas Loft has two full restrooms where towels and other essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap) are provided.
Guests will have access to the building's fully equipped private gym.
Parking is available upon request and is subject to an additional charge of $10 per car per night (maximum of 2 cars).
Guests could also use the laundry (washer and dryer) for an additional charge of $25 per booking. We provide 5 laundry detergent pods to those who request this upgrade.
We have air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Air mattresses are available upon request for $20/night.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, building corridors, lobby, parking, or any other part of the property.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is available as an upgrade, for a fee, depending on the availability of the Loft.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Guests may also access the building's private gym. Parking and laundry access are available as upgrades upon request.

Summary: The location was perfect for access to Old San Juan as well as the beaches. It was a perfect stay with the exception of the toilet paper and trash bags. We ran out of both and felt that more should have been included.

Summary: Myself, husband and two adult kids stayed at Antillas Loft to visit family over the Thanksgiving break. The apartment was very clean and provided the right amount of space for a family of four. We used the kitchen every day and it provided for everything we needed (except a toaster). Location was great, close to Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado and across from the beach (EL Escambron). Juan was very attentive and quick to reply to all our messages. Although some of the buildings behind the apartment are abandoned, the condominium itself is very nice and felt at all times very safe with gates to get into the garage and elevators and a concierge present at the lobby at all times. I would recommend this apartment to others. My family and I had a great time.

Summary: The place was modern and spacey. Could have done more cleaning though especially in the bathroom. My daughter and I had to clean the faucet and take off the yellow mold right where the water comes out. But otherwise, the place was cozy and the location is near or walking distance from old San Juan and the beach. It was away enough from old San Juan so it was pretty quiet. They have strict rules about mask and the condo was locked and only people with key and front desk staff can only access it which made us feel secured. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: I liked the fact that the property is a short distance from Condado and Old San Juan. We went on a sunset sail boat ride and were able to walk to the marina. I also appreciated the fact that the host was very responsive whenever I sent him a message.
