Summary: this was a spacious, 2-room studio very close to viejo san juan and the beach. the beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Summary: Great to have adjoining rooms, with multiple bathrooms. One has toilet & bidet behind a separate door so can brush teeth etc. Saw multiple sea turtles from balcony each day and a manatee our last day. Easy to get into bay to snorkle. Quick Uber to OSJ & Santurce. We walkded to

Summary: We had an amazing time! Nadia was great and help with anything we needed. The rooms were larger than expected and there was tons of room. You don’t have access to the large pool area of the Hilton but the building pool and the Escambron beach which was about a 5 minute walk were great! Very easy/quick access to everything in Old San Juan

Summary: Unit was nice and clean. The property seemed outdated and slightly depressing. The scent from the plug ins was overwhelming for people with allergies and asthma even after we unplugged them all. Good location to Old San Juan and Escambron beach.

Summary: Nadia is the perfect host. Responsive & ready to answer all questions. Now the property; location is perfect for walking everywhere-OSJ, Miramar, shopping ect. The space is perfect for two couples or a family. Spacious and Very clean. Two self contained units with privacy doors and a full kitchen. The pool area is large with loungers and umbrellas felt like it was our own private pool. Short stroll to the beach. Honestly it was awesome. Watched the sea turtles and manatees from the balcony every morning! very clean

Summary: Came here with our adult kids for a winter getaway. Rooms are exactly as described and the fold out chair bed was comfortable and perfect for my petite daughter. The area is not exactly walkable but Ubers are easy to get. Our ac leaked water into one os the rooms and the host addressed it immediately.

Summary: Nice location next to Caribe Hilton. Not far from Old San Juan and Distrito TMobile. With our group of 4, it was really a luxury to have 2 bathrooms and 2 spaces AND laundry. In essence, this is 2 apartments. Pool was almost empty every day so it felt like a private pool. Host was super responsive when our flight was a disaster. Would definitely recommend!
