Positive: Sallie, the owner, was very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. We were bike touring and arrived long before check-in. Sallie was very accommodating and let us have our room early.

Positive: Superb accommodations. The mansion is great, located very centrally and Sallie, the owner/manager, is fantastic. It was a very comfortable stay on par with the best stays I've had in Vermont and elsewhere. Very welcoming and a truly terrific B&B experience in a historic house
Negative: Everything was nice. It's a B&B, so you have to adjust expectations to be different than a hotel or motel. that said, this is a great B&B. very cozy, very authentic, very friendly. Step back in time but with Wifi.
Summary: Delightful. A terrific B&B. Authentic, warm, welcoming, genuine. I'd return a thousand times.

Positive: My partner and I stayed here for a few nights while we skied at Killington and loved it. Sallie, the owner, is incredibly sweet, super communicative, and really made it feel like a personalized stay. She consistently checked in to make sure that we had what we needed, and really made the experience feel special. She also made sure we had some grab and go items and coffee in the morning before we wanted to head out, and always greeted us with warm and lovely conversation. The mansion itself is beautiful and very well preserved – it feels like walking into a piece of history.
Negative: No complaints!

Positive: Flexibility with the breakfast timing and great attention to my food allergies. I found a harpsichord in the sitting room, and was able to tune and play on it during my stay. Host was full of historical information. House was very unique and we enjoyed it a lot. It was like living in a museum.
