Positive: The apartment was well furnished and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious, and there was a separate toilet, which was very convenient. The location was also very good - close to everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Negative: The toilet had no ventilation / no extractor fan. Could hear everything through the walls.

Positive: Excellent location and communication with the owner, handover of keys was very easy.
Negative: The apartment needs to be better equipped. Items were missing that were on the description (such as toaster) and it also could have been cleaner - there were two used and dirty coffee cups sitting in the cupboard. There is no storage at all (not even hooks on the door) in the smaller second bedroom and there is also a mosquito problem meaning windows had to be kept shut (as there were no screens on the windows). As there was no A/C or fans this meant the bedroom was very hot (it was 32 degrees whilst we were there). Some small additions would make the flat a lot more pleasant.

Positive: Lots of space with a renovated bathroom. Fabulous location with everything within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. Internet and tv worked well.
Negative: We had confusing communication with our hosts. Ensure you get specific instructions if using the parking space as it is a different address, around the back of the building. Other instructions were not always clear. Saucepans, utensils were unclean and basic. No coffee pads, dishwasher tablets or shampoo.
Summary: A spacious apartment ina great location which needs better equipment to make it a great stay.

Positive: Bathroom quite new and ok. Parking very convenient. Good location. It has an elevator. Big bedroom is big and nice with a nice small balcony.
Negative: Place not really clean. Small bedroom only bed, no place to leave clothes. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Frying pans (to make simple bacon and eggs) imposible to use due to bad condition. Not even a toaster and imposible to use oven as it was really dirty. Bad cutlery and not even a chicken roll.
Summary: Not specially clean. Poorly equipped, doesn't cover essential needs in kitchen. Good location
