Positive: Room was clean on arrival staff was friendly and helpful. Heating / Aircon im room worked well. Close to train station / tram for links to Brussels / Antwerp.

Negative: Noise outside the hotel is very loud. Horns constant beeping / sirens constant traffic noise. Even with all windows / doors shut was on top floor so would be even louder on lower levels. Shower was very weak and not much power. Some of the bowls at breakfast was dirty and toaster wasn’t working properly one morning.

Summary: Clean & Good City Links Avoid If a Light Sleeper.

Positive: The location is convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and noise from other guests was minimal. Air conditioning was great. The room facilities were minimal and older, but everything was clean.

Negative: The breakfast was okay but could have been better. The beds were not super comfortable. The shower was older and was held together with some DIY repairs (ex: a screw in the shower head to hold it in place).
