Summary: Very old/outdated and need of some serious repairs and refurbishment. No table or lounge type chairs. Bathroom hand basin was very damaged. Bathroom fan could not be turned off so ran all day/night. Holes in walls and covered with sticky paper. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. I would not ever stay here again. Cost us $180.00 per night for three adults which would have been ok if the unit had been at an acceptable level condition.!!!

Summary: Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service. My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding. We were delighted and had the best stay compared to the many hotels we had stayed at north and south. Thank you

Summary: Lovely friendly staff, but obvious they were in the middle of renovations. The staff did their best to. Ensure our room was as comfortable as possible. I can see the place will look amazing once all renovations are complete.
