Summary: Staff were very helpful, amenities were great. Loved the onsen The fan in our room was not strong enough to circulate the air. Too warm in our room. Lowest temperature was 20 degrees and we like a cooler temperature for sleeping Otherwise everything was great

Summary: Had a twin room and was impressed on the size of the room it was much larger than usual for a business hotel. Has onsen and breakfast buffet but didn't use. Not really convenient for sightseeing in Sapporo but is close to the Budha statue at the cemetery.

Summary: Onsen a bit outdated especially the changing area. Some lockers not working. Still overall a very good spa hotel

Summary: Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value.
