Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Summary: We were expecting more for the price that we paid, property didn’t have reviews when we booked so we didn’t know what to expect. Images posted make property look clean and well taken care of. The doors in the house have stains on them, very dirty, probably never been wiped down, felt unsanitary having to touch them to open and close. The upstairs bathroom door lock didn’t work. The nets on the windows had a thick layer of dust on them, especially in the kitchen. The carpets on stairs and on top floor had stains. Walls had visible stains on them. Curtains had visible stains on them also. When we arrived the garbage outside in bear box was already full, we had to contact owner to remove trash so we could throw our trash away. As mentioned in another review, the upstairs is significantly colder than down, owner provided space heaters for us to use to heat the upstairs. Jacuzzi was clean, we were able to use and enjoy it. Owner provided 2 pack and play cribs in house, we didn’t use them but people might find that helpful. Kitchen is small and limited utensils for cooking.

Summary: As soon as I walked in to the property I knew it already didn’t look like it did in the photos. The living room and kitchen was really small. Place is very outdated. The upstairs area was accurately described. The family enjoyed the upstairs pool/game room, it was a large room. I was also disappointed that the heater did not work upstairs and that the hot tub was so dirty. It looked like green slime. I was not able to relax. I expected to pay for what was advertised but this place did not delivery. Won’t stay here again.
