Positive: I loved how convenient, clean and close to everything this property was. The host and the staff were incredible and accommodating from jump. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As someone currently training for a competition, having the gym facilities downstairs was a cherry on top.
Negative: Only issue was I wish we had more than one key fob for our group so no one would have to rely on each other to have access to the apartment. For large groups I think there should be at least 2 key fobs.
Summary: Incredible apartment, very clean and prime location close to everything in downtown LA.

Positive: Location was very convenient for our purpose. Area was quiet and there is a coffee shop across the street which was very convenient.
Negative: Apartment is not well kept. The bed we were sleeping on was broken and creaked all night. Bathroom fixtures kept coming off. Minimal supplies provided.

Negative: Floors were dirty - our feet and socks were black by the first night and the kitchen was minimally stocked - one pot, one pan and no baking or cooking sheets does not equal a fully stocked kitchen
