Positive: The apartment is very nice and spacious, with an air conditioner that was a lifesaver in the heat. It has a beautiful design and feels cozy.
Negative: There is a very cool old staircase, but no elevator. If you're a girl with a large suitcase or a mom with a child and a stroller, getting your things upstairs will be almost impossible. I would also suggest adding a bath mat to prevent water from spilling on the floor when stepping out of the shower.

Positive: The couple was super nice and helpful. Being this was my 1st stay in przemysl. Had problems finding it at midnight. I stayed an extra night. Because I liked the area. Stores and banks are within a short walk from the apartment. Also the train station is a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Which is HUGE when traveling with a lot of bags. I'm definitely going to book here for my stays.
Negative: Nothing at all.. I'm super happy with my stay.
Summary: I won't stay anywhere else. Super helpful owners.

Positive: large spacious bright apartment. modern renovation, clean, neat. even exquisite - it looks like the apartment is used as a studio for photo shoots. large bathroom. both shower and bathtub available. large comfortable bed, large comfortable sofa nice kitchen. convenient location.
Negative: outside: very old, dirty and smelly entrance and stairs to the apartment. just horrible. (it's a shared area). luckily you only use it when you come or go from the apartment. landlord: The landlord mixed up the tenants and put other people in this apartment instead of me. and the landlord himself was unavailable at the time - I think he was in another country. and it was only thanks to the cleaning lady of this apartment that we figured out where the mistake was. but several hours of time were wasted. in the apartment: - the electrics need adjusting as it partially fail in heating the water. at a certain position of the hot water tap the fuse starts to click violently. - the kettle was dirty - I had to buy citric acid and clean it well. - there is absolutely no place where to put wet clothes (after laundry). the short rope on the balcony is clearly not enough for 2-3+ people. - very small fridge.
Summary: I can recommend you stay here. drawbacks I have encountered were accidental or miniscule.

Positive: Overall a decent experience. But I would like to recommend the hosts to buy a new set of bed linen - please please choose 100% white cotton. Currently they have only synthetic fabric bed linen which is not really comfy to sleep in. Only this aspect has downgraded my score to 9.
Negative: Location. Spacious apartment, Overal it was silent during the night but mostly due to closed windows. With windows open the noise from road may be not tolerable, especially starting from 6am.
Summary: Good price/quality ratio.

Positive: The apartment itself is great - location, environment, cleanliness, internet - all good. It's very close to the station and the old town. Easy self check-in and check-out.
Negative: To those who cares, the taps and showers look cheap and may leak a bit. Minor thing for us, but may be a room for improvement.

Negative: Wifi connection less that 1Mbit. It was so bad, that I was not able to work. Also - there is washer, yes, but no place to dry clothes 🤷‍♀️ In addition - building hall looks abandoned. We were surprised to see such a nicely designed flat in that building, really
