Positive: The apartment is very big, modern and well equipped. It was quiet to sleep. There are two toilets in the apartment. Instructions to get the key were simple and clear.
Negative: The apartment is situated in a building of a quarry. It was not unpleasant, just unusual to sleep so near to manyfacture.

Positive: My 2nd time staying here and everything is pretty much perfect. The apartment is always clean. The living room & kitchen area a very spacious and comfortable. The bedroom is on the small side, but the bed is very comfortable and there's enough storage space to unpack into. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The apartment is NOT centrally located — a plus for me, although other people may find it less attractive.
Negative: The only thing I noticed on my 2nd trip was a strange smell from the water coming out of the shower and sink taps. I don't think the owner can do much about this, but if I have to mention something in the "didn't like" category, then this sentence uses up the requested text.

Positive: Apartment spacious, newly renovated and has all necessary appliances in kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, micro oven, coffee machine etc. Owner provides any additional stuff on request. Bathroom is equipped with modern washing machine. Living room has nice and comfortable corner sofa, dining table for 4 and 75 inch modern TV with different media installed. Small balcony which after working hours is very quiet and has evening sun. Bedroom has large closet and comfortable bed. Towels and bedlinen included. WIFI included and worked well, after initial slow speed, owner installed new system on request. Location is in the outskirts of Pzremysl town, so not in comfortable walking distance from city center, but with car only 5 min drive. Local buses have stops very close by, and on request owner lend me a bike.
Negative: Because of problem with filters in water well, water from tap and in bathroom had metallic smell and light brown color during beginning of my stay. Having used the washing machine during this period, some clothes were slightly discolored. Problem was partly fixed with exchange of filters every 2. day, and during last part of stay a major renovation of the water system was done, and after this water was clean, yet not recommended for drinking. In future I don't think water quality will be a problem. Since apartment is placed on top of small stone making business, noise can be a problem on workdays, as most days work starts at 0700 and sometimes earlier with noisy machinery and loading of smaller trucks. On the other hand, premises are extremely quiet typically after 1630-1700 and in weekends.
Summary: Well equipped comfortable apartment, good service, good wifi, can be noisy in workday mornings.

Positive: Spotless, stylish, and comfortable apartment. This is an excellent quest apartment with separate entrance on top of the private company—supper safe and comfortable, very friendly host.
Negative: All was good, off course it's relatively far from the city center, but 30 min walk and you are there.
