Positive: The location of the apartment is wasbthe only one thing duringvmy stay in this apartment.
Negative: There were several things i didn't like:1. Almost no responce from the owner nor on booking chat, nor via phone. We had to wait three addition hours to get the keys for the apartment. Money were paid, but you can't get the keys.. No responce to question when and how, or where to leave the keys when we were about to check out.. 2. Old fasioned apartment.. Old washing mashine.. Old wooden floor.... No elevator to get to the apartment.. 3. In the advertisement they mentioned private parking for additional fee.. But at the end they do not have any private parking - you have to hunt it yourself.. 4. In the pictures apartment looks bigger and nicer.. In reality it is not worth such money.

Positive: The apartment is in a prime location. You would walk to many of the attractions, especially to the river bank. There are plenty of shopping options. I will recommend visiting the Manhatten market.
