Positive: Great look of the property, very clean and way above my expectations for the price.

Negative: It may be slightly difficult to find on arrival, I would recommend having some sort of a sign on the gateway to help.

Positive: Everything. Really big (4 beds, fitted for up to 6 people), very clean, fully equiped kitchen, well located, nice garden and really really really friendly hosts. I was even allowed to stay in their garden gazebo to shelter from the storm well after check-out. I wish I could have scored 20!

Negative: There was nothing I did not like

Positive: Very affordable price. Super safe, great location and cozy building with large, very well equipped private backyard. Parking spot reserved for you. Owners in place, but very friendly and respecting privacy. Giving good advices if needed. You are going to feel like a part of a family. I would definitely go there again...

Negative: It is kind of minor, but in the apartment, where me and my daughter were renting - there was no door to her room. Just some blinds... So I couldn't prevent her from hearing my night snoring coming from my room.

Positive: Everything was really clean and calm. We loved the wooden decor, it gave us a little peak into the traditional Polish architecture. Everything was well equipped, all the basics were provided to us. The owners were really kind and nice, they were accepting of us not talking any Polish whatsoever. We communicated in English.

Positive: Location is a 10-15 min. walk from Sanok town centre. The house is equipped with cutlery and crockery, mugs, glasses, coffee, tea and sugar. The beds are super comfy and, including the large L-shape sofa, several people can easily sleep here. The house is very clean and spacious, and the owners were always quick to respond when we asked questions. There is a working gramophone! The Wi-Fi is good quality. The neighbourhood is quiet and the garden is large.

Negative: The parking space is tight so don't try and park a van there :)

Summary: Highly recommended, affordable stay close to the centre of Sanok
