Positive: Very friendly owner. Great location, exactly as on photo: you open a window in the bedroom and see the ocean. Building has direct entrance to the plage area. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor and one more in the next building. Water is calm (as for ocean) because rocks protect plage. Location is calm, no noise at night, pretty safe. Bus stop is in 2 min from apartment and bus gets you to the Icod de Los Vinos where you can take another bus to discover the area. Also, there is 2 parking lots near the building where you can leave a car for free. Fully furnished apartment with shampoo, gels, equipped kitchen. Everything was great.
Negative: Nothing except I cannot stay there forever ;)

Negative: This is not negative, but please note that a car is absolutely necessary.

Positive: It was a great experience to stay in such a beautiful place! The view was breathtaking, the odour of the ocean was very calming, the apartment contained everything what was needed for a pretty long stay. The beach is near the building, restaurants and mini shop are also available, the bus stop is at your disposal. Also, for people who like walking there is a nice route to Icod which takes around 25 min. The host Rosy was super friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Only one thing that was bothering me was a weak wifi. It worked fine from the kitchen but didn't work in the bedroom. But I came up with idea to use my smartphone as a hotspot to amplify the signal. Also, wanted to mention that you will be hearing waves in the apartment. For me personally, it even improved my sleep but my wife was a bit uncomfortable because of this.
