Positive: Nice and quiet place. Friendly host, kind and welcoming.
Negative: Norhing really. For our stay in early January with the sun low on the horizon an extra parasol on the terrace would have made it absolutely perfect. But it was very comfortable as it was.

Positive: Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. We loved sitting on the terrace for breakfast overlooking the gorgeous view. We would 100% recommend for a peaceful getaway. We loved the homemade biscuits and fresh fruit too, thank you!

Positive: Casa Belen is a beautiful private house, inside and outside with an amazing view (ocean, vulcanos ánd sunset) and a private swimming pool. The house is fully equipped for a short or long stay (kitchen with everything you need, extra blankets, airconditioning, fresh towels on our 4th day (we stayed 1 week), bbq,...). The hosts are the most friendly people! We don't speak Spanish so we couldn't talk that much, but still we were able to communicate very easily. They have a garden with fresh fruits which they provide for you and even though there was a language barrier, we managed to learn a few things about gardening in Lanzarote! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa Belen and we recommend 100%!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Belén in Conil. The hosts welcomed us and made sure that we had everything we needed. For example, we traveled with a baby and a baby bed was waiting upon arrival. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The large patio is furnished, and features a grill, a swimming pool, and a nice view of the hills and ocean in the distance. On a clear day you can see Fuerteventura. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to spend and afternoon. The location in Conil is central, and all points on the island can be reached within 1 hour when driving (and you do need a car to get to the house).
Negative: The kitchen is basic. We would have loved a place to store the food we purchased.
Summary: Excellent base and relax and explore Lanzarote

Positive: - The hosts are fantastic - Property is really nice - Terase and the pool - Fresh fruits and biscuits provided at the arrival - Nice view - Peaceful surrounding - Good location for a daily trips - Fully equipped kitchen and possibility to use a grill
Negative: Not much. May be pool temperature was a bit low (end of November-early December). You need to have a car.
Summary: I have spent a very nice time and enjoyed returning back to the property after a daily trip.
