Positive: It was nicely arranged - the owners have made the most of the spaces. Bear in mind this is a basement apartment so think about it if it’s a view you’re after! The host were really nice, helpful and friendly too.
Negative: For our requirements, nothing.
Summary: We needed an apartment close to Chamartín station as we had an early train and this was perfect.

Negative: A little tricky to find at first and be careful of the stairs going down straight away as you open the external door.

Positive: This three-quarter-basement apartment worked perfectly as a one-night stay before family members caught trains and planes in the morning. The air-conditioning was excellent, the facilities fully functional, and the welcome gifts were happily consumed.
Negative: After booking, received a message about fees associated with early check-in or luggage storage. I actually think this is fair, but it was a surprise.
