Positive: Unit very spacious for 7pax. Absolutely value for money. Theres is 2 bathroom very convenient for large family. The house was very clean. Bedroom comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The kids and grandpa had fun playing pool together. The balcony was big enuff for chit Chat without feeling cramped. The unit manager Lareina was very fast to assist on the water problem.
Negative: Just that the key retrieval was slightly marfan..due to the key room need access and there wasnt guard around. Had to go drive back to main entrance for guards assistance. Minor aspect. Water disruption in the morning but QUICKLY resolved by Lareina and management. She was understanding in allowing late checkout as we need time to get ready after water came back. In all we were happy.

Positive: It is big, extra feature like the pool table for groups entertainment. Would recommended if you have 6person to stay in. Comfortable enough for 6 friends to stay.
Negative: Places can be cleaner, the toilet seats can be cleaner, there’s stains on the wall just right after you enter. The hot water switch was not on, and it was really hard to find. We messaged the property but they couldn’t reply on time, we had to search the whole apparement for it. It’s a water heater tank, took a long time to heat up the water. The towels provided were unusable, there’s fibre all over the towel.
Summary: It is okay for just one night of stay, the pricing is really affordable , but if you’re staying for a prolonged period o

Positive: There was a pool table in the living room. The scenery was great as it was high floor with unblock view of the river. It was windy and the rooms were clean. They have sufficient towels for everyone.
Negative: The service yard do not have railings or fence, and the wall is quite low. And its dangerous, as its all the way down to level 1. We have to lock the door in case the kids go there. And also the pool has limited space to play.
Summary: the stay was ok for a not so expensive apartment.
