Negative: Trying to figure out how to get the keys. For some reason the messages were not coming through from the owner. The pool was not open and was the main reason for booking. My mistake for not checking

Positive: There was free parking. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Gated entrance meant it was very safe and secure. Close to the beach.
Negative: The shower was not very hot. No tea towel in the kitchen. A couple of glasses for wine would have been nice.

Positive: It was a nice place to stay, and clean. Right by the beach. from the side you can see the beach on the balcony.
Negative: The view from the balcony was not the best. If you looked to the side you could see the beach but strait out of the apartment / balcony it was an old old, falling apart building, not too pretty to look at.

Positive: Spacious apartment with astonishing view of the sea. Personal was super friendly and helpful. Quality/price is more than good. Apartment is pet friendly.
Negative: Google.maps navigate a little bit wrong (it navigate to parking entrance). You need go forward, main door to the complex is faces the sea

Positive: Quiet place, nice view from the balcony, spacious living room. Comfy parking is the best advantage. Also the location - a 10 min drive from Valencia center.
