Positive: The owner, Pablo, is very accommodating. His place is also spacious and clean. It is also very near at the beach. There is also a restaurant/bar inside the urbanization, so finding a place where to eat isn't a problem.

Positive: Apartment was well supplied with everything. King size bed was super comfy. Very close to the beach, which you can see from the balcony. Bus to town just round the corner. Some little grocery shops close and there are restaurants along the promenade which you will def walk along. Enjoyed our stay for sure.
Negative: Quite a distance into the centre of the city but the buses are very frequent and right outside the building. Only issue was the swimming pool wasn't open while we were there but this was clearly indicated on the booking info. Anyways you have the beach right beside you.

Positive: Very spacious apartments, many things have been thought of - there is both coffee and laundry detergent, cookies. Comfortable beds, non-slip floor in the shower. The sea is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. The owner is very responsive. The instruction is prepared in such a way that everything can be understood without unnecessary stress and additional questions. A gym and swimming pool are also available there (in October, however, it does not work). The apartments are located behind a closed fence. There is also a local cafe.
Negative: The location is far from the center, but if you want to enjoy the beach, then this is not an obstacle. There are no large grocery stores nearby. There were minor problems with the drainage - the water in the sink did not go away and the water in the pot did not flow for a while. Overall, we are very satisfied!

Positive: This appartment is very clean, very comfortable and just 3 minutes from the beach. There is a bus stop just in front of the residence who goes directly to the center of Valence ( 30 min ). Parking space is in the underground parking. Parking space is not very wide so for someone with a big car it can be too small, if your parking neibourghs parks not well. There is a very good contact with the owner of the place. Thank you Adrian.
