Positive: The location. The price. The size
Negative: There was only two rolls of toilet paper for the whole week. There was not any hand soap or any shampoo, conditioner or body soap at all. We had to purchase all of this. With no air conditioning, the fans were keep us relatively cool but not cold enough.

Positive: The apartment is situated in a beautiful seaside town. 5 min walk to the train station that takes you in about 30min straight to Barcelona. It's located on the park corner next to a café. The apartment has a nice bathroom and kitchen if you want to heat up or cook something.
Negative: Small bedroom doesn't have a window

Positive: The location was great for what we needed. Daughter stays in Premia so was in right location for us.
Negative: We couldn't access the Wi-Fi. Even my daughter and her husband couldn't connect to it. We couldn't get the TV to work properly. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. It was sagging and you could feel the springs through the material. There was no cushioning to it.
Summary: Had a great time.
