Beautyful historical fishermen‘s house with chimney and central heating, completely renovated in 2010. The house is located in Premia de Mar‘s historic center, only a 3 -minutes-walk to the sea with its wide sandy beach at the Costa Maresme. You will find anything for your daily needs in the close surrounding: bakeries, supermarkets and nice little boutiques located at the near shopping street as well as sunny street cafés in the neighborhood.
In the small streets around the house are free parking places. Furthermore there is a parking deck in 100 meter distance.
The station is a 10 minutes walk away where trains to Barcelona arrive all 8 - 10 minutes and take 28 minutes to reach Plaça de Catalunya, the city center of Barcelona.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining room and a small separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a extra toilet. The 95 square meters including a small terrace and a leafy courtyard. The house was lovingly restored by designers and equipped with historic furniture.

Summary: Wonderful stay at this lovely place! Great location. We sat across the street at the gathering area many times for coffee and drinks. The Italian restaurant right next to us has amazing food and desserts- the owners so friendly!

Summary: The cottage was just as advertised with great amenities. The hosts recommendations were spot on which really helped with where to go and what to see. The train station is right around the corner so we took it into Barcelona almost everyday. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door as well as a pub on the same block! It was great.

Summary: We spent a week at this lovely property outside Barcelona. A wonderful space with antique furniture and fantastic outdoor areas (2). The place was very clean, the host was very thorough with check-in, and gave us tips for restaurants and taking the train into Barcelona. We had a rental car and worried about parking but it was nearby and cheap. The only two minor negatives were that there was no shower, just a tub, and the WiFi signal is fairly weak. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy life outside central Barcelona, you’ll love this house!

Summary: Spacious House in the City Center of Premia de Mar. It was very clean, had two bathrooms and a small but fully equipped Kitchen. In the Backyard ist a nice place to eat or just enjoy yourself. Everything you need ist only a few steps away. The best bakery in Town and a good Restaurant directly in the neighbourhood. Summary: Really spacious property, is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It's in a great location, there are a few places to eat just a short walk away and a lovely Italian restaurant right next door. Opposite the restaurat there is a square where people gather to drink and children play, it's a really nice family atmosphere. Just be aware the stairs in the property may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Summary: After a long plane ride from USA, it was very nice meeting Bernd at the house. He was very friendly and helpful and had some great tips. The house itself is very clean and in a safe area near restaurants, bakeries and the market. The proximity to the sea and train station was very convenient. My twelve year old son and I loved the beautiful terrace and eating fresh croissants and crepes from the local restaurants after a busy day exploring beautiful Barcelona.

Summary: The property owner was an outstanding host and ranks among the very best we’ve encountered. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with an admirable simple elegance that matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. The neighborhood is culturally rich and the cottage is just a few minutes away from good dining options, the beach, and the train/taxi station. This is a truly special place. We particularly enjoyed taking baths in the spacious bathtub and preparing meals with fresh local fruits and vegetables in the beautiful, intimate private courtyard. Highly recommend!
