Positive: The apartment was very comfortable with a nice balcony to eat out on and dry clothes. The pool and activities were great for the kids. I liked being just outside of the main town of Potes, it was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking spaces. Use of the communal washing machine was great.

Negative: The kitchen in our apartment only had a hob and a microwave. It would have been helpful to have an oven in the apartment.

Positive: Amazing place in a great location, quite quirky. Safe parking for motorbike. We had a great studio looking over the pool with great views of the mountains. Pool was good, especially having it to ourselves. Walking distance into Potes.

Negative: As others have mentioned, check in wasn’t great as no-one was there when we arrived. When they did they were lovely though.

Positive: Lovely welcome from Esta and the apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. Nice terrace. Good location with plenty of parking.

Negative: The bottom sheet was not big enough for the bed, so it was uncomfortable. Would suggest that you add a cheese grater and a couple of sharp chopping knives. Pool towels not supplied.

Positive: The apartment was so cute and superbly clean, and well equipped, all amenities working properly. The host welcomed us so nicely. There was a lovely terrace, perfect for breakfast ... in good weather (not our experience unfortunately). Easy internal parking, a little bit far from the centre, kind of 20/30' walking (in good weather). There's an inviting pool to be used ... in good weather ! The structure is really inviting and well maintained, would stay again.
