Positive: It was very clean with good smell. Kitchen equipment and bathroom were outstanding for this price. Local experience with super nice owner and his family. Easy to check in and check out.

Positive: The location is great, just next to the main market Scupira. The apartment was super clean, beds are comfortable, in the apartment whatever you need just exists, even though you need something else host always supports you. And our host Moacyr, he is just a great guy very helpful not only about your stay at the apartment but about every info you may need during your stay he always finds you the best option. He also arranged us a unique tour where you can get a private boat and enjoy a unique day. Whenever you need transfer, taxi he finds the best options with better prices. He and his family they are so trustworthy and being there for you. They just made our stay great in Praia.
Negative: Its not that we dont like but you may face with water pump issue which was totally okay for us that you need to text host to check water pump. But whenever we did it was fixed in a couple of mins so not an issue just to be aware

Positive: The property is well equipped with everything necessary for both a short and a longer stay, at a very affordable price. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we had all the basics necessary for our stay. The location is really close to the city center (Plateau), by climbing the stairs, and also very close to taxis and mini buses. But, which is the main advantage of this property, is having Moacyr as your host. He is a great host, very helpful and ready to be your guide and organize everything you ever want or need: from booking a taxi or renting a car for you up to reservations to restaurants, find the perfect New Years Eve party (for us it was in Tarrafal on the beach), go to the mountains, boat trips in pitoresc rural places, or historical places like Citadel Velha. Anything you might want or dream, he is there for you, and accomplishes it without any effort from your side. The costs involved are always transparent and discussed upfront so you can decide if you are in or not. His family leaves near by and they are absolutely great persons greeting you and asking if everything is ok or you need anything at any moment. Thanks to Moacyr and his family, we had a perfect first African experience. We came there for 2 weeks with no real plan, before the new years eve, and we left with more than 2 pages of unique and great experiences written in small letters, for which we didn’t spend any effort to organize, and with a lot of fun and joyful memories! All the time we felt safe, guided and supported! Thank you a lot for all the effort and support you have put into our wellbeing during our stay!
