Positive: Exactly what was advertised and the agency were very good in staying in contact, answering any message or call i had no matter the time.
Negative: Through no fault of sunny deluxe we did not receive enough wristbands to access the pool. This is because of the apartment managers not sunny deluxe. They did however give us full access to another pool only 10mins away.

Positive: One room had a balcony ocean view. The kitchen was functional. The apartment provided accommodation for a good visit to Albufiera.
Negative: The front door stuck and was difficult to open (a potential fire hazard). There were no instructions on the operation of some of the appliances. There was a strange smell in one of the cupboards in the kitchen. The request for ant traps and sink stoppers was not completed. The pictures describing the location were misleading and deceiving. There were no pictures of the actual entrance. The access to the beach was under construction and would be a cardiac challenge. The condominium Centre was under construction and the pool was not accessible. The electrical for the apartment was overloaded by the electric kettle and blew the main circuit breaker which disabled all of the electrical supply to the apartment. Some of the remote controllers were not functional and needed batteries. The financial administration was remote and strangely unresponsive.
Summary: The apartment provided a reasonable accommodation and location to have a good visit to Albufeira.

Positive: A quiet location with a sea view yet only 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Nicely landscaped pool
Negative: Living room is too small to fit 6 guests comfortably. No where to store food in the kitchen . Holes in some bath towels.

Positive: The location was excellent. The apartments were clean and well equipped and spacious for the number of guests.
Negative: Lacked outdoor space, the balconies are tiny. The garden area is appalling and looks like an overgrown jungle. The second floor apartment had an ant problem, where they appeared to originate from the bathroom. The pool area doesn’t have enough seating. The videos sent to help find keys are useless if you arrive at night, they’re too fast and saying, you’re looking for cream walls and a blue door’ is useless when the white walls and green doors look exactly the same in the dark. The door keys also open multiple apartments (discovered accidentally), so security is an issue.
Summary: It was fun for a week, it was comfortable and a great base location.
