Positive: The location is wonderful right across the street from the cathedral and around the corner from Plaza Mayor, where there are lots of cafés and restaurants to choose from. The bed is comfortable. Lots of hot water for the shower. And an elevator, when working which we appreciated upon arrival.

Negative: My only complaint is that the living area was much smaller than portrayed in the photos

Summary: We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it. The location can’t be beat.

Negative: Washing machine wouldn’t spin at all, but Carlos did try to get a technician and allowed use of an empty apartment to do washing.

Positive: This apartment was wonderful! Meticulously cared for, clean, comfortable be nice living room space with good sized dining table perfect for our meals and for working on the computer. Kitchen was extremely well appointed. Location is perfect for visiting all the sites and access to restaurants. Would definitely return.
