Positive: It was one of the mesmerizing location with fantabulous sea view from the Open terrace. You can literally feel touching the planes which are hovering down on you while landing. The fresh air and the gentle feather touch it gives on your body, it cant be explained in the words. You need to plan to stay at least for 3 nights. We enjoyed a lot. The host were very responsive. All the mentioned amenities were provided. Just a few steps down the road and you are on the beach.
Negative: The only downside I felt was not having a elevator at the property, though the host were kind enough to help me put my luggage on the second floor, for which I can neglect this issue.

Negative: No elevators, so if you have a lot of bags good luck.

Positive: Excellent location. Apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaner made a couple of visits during our 6 day stay. Collection of keys was easy as the friendly host is on reception just a 30 second walk from the apartment. The host gave us advice on local restaurants and walked us to the apartment and showed us around. Walk-in shower was excellent and very powerful. A few minor issues were that there could have been more Cutlery. There was only 1 teaspoon and on the first morning my wife boiled 4 eggs only to discover there were no eggs cups. As I say minor issues which I have only mentioned so that the host is aware and can act upon them. Also a full length mirror would be useful.
Summary: Overall a very good experience.
